How Do I Return An Item?
All products are guaranteed by Tools for Healing, LLC. Some of our products also have direct support from the manufacturer or U.S. distributor, which may be a faster solution in some cases.
Please include a copy of your original invoice with any return item. If you do not have a receipt make sure you include your Name, Address, Phone Number, and the name of the person who purchased the item. You can reprint your original receipt by logging into your account on our shopping cart. Look for the "my account/order status" link at the top right side of any page on our shopping cart.
Always include a brief description of the problem. We don't need manuals, cables or wrist straps returned unless they are defective or you are returning the entire item for credit.
An item may be returned for credit as long as it is UNUSED and in NEW and re-sellable condition and returned within 30 days from the date you receive your product. If you've used it and it shows, we can't take it back. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% or higher to cover the cost of replacing manuals, straps, cables, etc.
We cannot offer refunds on:

Open bottles of vitamins, minerals, supplements, herbs, food products, etc. (with the exception of our E3Live Blue Green Algae)

Books, videos, or audio tapes

Obviously used or customer damaged items. If you use a product for a month and then decide you don't want it, or break it, we cannot replace it under a warranty and will not issue a credit or refund for the purchase.

Shipping charges are not refundable
- We do not sell products on a "Trial or Try it out" basis

Wrist straps, such as those sold with our zappers and pulsers, can not be returned for credit if they have been used

Returns for credit should be made within 30 days from the date you receive your product.

Many questions can be answered quickly and easily by the Help section of our shopping cart or by our KnowledgeBase. Please try them before calling or emailing us and see if they can save you some time and hassles.

Customer service is our first priority. We receive a large number of emails and phone calls daily and it is frequently difficult for us to respond quickly. If you have a true emergency fax a quick note with your problem to (423) 899-6660 and we will answer as soon as possible.
Please remember, we do not work 24 hours a day or 7 days a week, so faxes, phone calls, and emails sent during the weekend or on holidays will not be answered until normal business hours, Monday thru Friday.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have received from toolsforhealing.com you may return it within the first 30 days for a full refund as long as it has not been used.
For your protection we recommend that you notify us or the manufacturer/distributor you are dealing with of your intention to return an item so we/they may verify the return address and keep an eye out for the package. We absolutely cannot be held responsible for a return that we have no knowledge of, nor or we responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We highly suggest all returned items be shipped via UPS or FedEx and insured for an appropriate amount. Thank you.
