Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order can no longer be edited. | |
| How do I track my order? | |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our website to track your order. Please note: All orders do not have tracking numbers. International orders generally do, but Canadian orders DO NOT. All items sent by mail thru the U.S. Postal Service DO NOT have tracking capability. The tracking number will always be a number/letter combination, such as: 89127046 or A1Z2009165C0014. If the tracking number shows USPS, SOTA, VENDOR, etc. it means either your package was drop-shipped by our distributor/manufacturer or shipped using the U.S. Postal Service and tracking is not available. Many orders for SOTA Instruments products are drop-shipped for us by SOTA directly to you. SOTA never ships the instruction manuals and/or wrist straps/cables/handholds, etc. with the main items. These are always shipped separately and will arrive at different times, generally within a few days of each other. Virtually all of our TDP Mineral lamps, Foot Shakers, Steam Saunas, and E3 Live Frozen Alage products are drop-shipped for us by the manufacturer/distributor. Please note: We have no control over import duties or taxes on international shipments and no way of knowing if or how much you may be asked to pay. By placing an order you agree to be responsible for any and all import fees requested during delivery of your order. |

| My order never arrived. | |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our website to check your order status. Look to make sure that all of the items in your order have been shipped. If your order displays a Package Tracking Number, check with the shipper to track your package and confirm its location. The tracking number will always be a number/letter combination, such as: 89127046 or A1Z2009165C00114. If the tracking number shows USPS, SOTA, VENDOR, etc. it means either your package was drop-shipped by our distributor/manufacturer or shipped using the U.S. Postal Service and tracking is not available. If your package shows a status of "delivered" but you have not received it, check with neighbors, family members, etc. to make sure it wasn't received by someone else. If you can't locate it a claim will have to be filed with the shipper before we can replace the order. Please call the shipper immediately and let them know you didn't receive the package. Then give us a call so we can file a claim. Do not file a claim yourself. We will file the claim so we can expedite the process. Once we receive a claim number we will re-ship your order. That way you will not have to wait for us to receive payment from the shipper on the lost package. If you still have questions please contact customer service for more assistance. |

If your package shows a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for more assistance. On rare ocassions a package will be missing an item that should be included. Please contact us by phone, fax, or email and we will make sure the correct part is shipped to you as quickly as possible. | When will my back-order arrive? | |

We have no control over Back-ordered items. Many of the products we sell are constrained and subject to delays in shipping. Many items are manufactured internationally and have lengthy delivery times, typically from 2 to 4 weeks. All Program Drivers and Smart Keys for the Super Zapper DeLuxe are imported internationally. Even though we order hundreds at a time we are constantly struggling to keep all of them in stock because of the lengthy delivery times. Auto-Zaps, SOTA Instruments products, Foot Shakers, etc. are all imported and subject to random delays. We generally can predict with some accuracy when a back-ordered item will be available, but we can't guarantee it. As soon as back-ordered items arrive we ship them, usually within 24 hours or less (excluding weekends and holidays). |
