|Do I have to pay sales tax?|
|Sales tax is only required if you live in the state of Tennessee.|

|What are my payment choices?|
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order.
We do not accept wire transfers or international money orders or checks.
Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
Please Do NOT send us cash in the mail.

|When will my credit appear on my account?|
|Credits usually take only a few business days from the time we receive your returned item(s). On ocassions it can take longer. We cannot issue a refund until we receive and inspect a returned item. If you have questions about any refunds please call Customer Service at 888-257-4273, fax 423-899-6660, or email CustomerService@toolsforhealing.com.

|When will my credit card be charged?|
|Your credit card will generally be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your order.
On ocassions we have hard to obtain or back-ordered items that may require us to charge your credit card as much as a week or more prior to shipment in order to maintain your shipping priority. Usually, if it's going to be more than a few days, we will attempt to let you know before actually charging your credit card.
