| Do you ship to my country? | |
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our website. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address, including your country. If your destination address (country) is not in the dropdown menu of available shipping locations, unfortunately we cannot ship to you at this time. |

| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? | |

Because of the increased risk of credit card fraud, hassles with customs duties, import restrictions, etc. we no longer ship products internationaly. Canada is the ONLY exception. Shipping charges on all orders are best guess estimates and may be adjusted up or down as required once we process your order and get our actual cost. Requests for faster deliveries ALWAYS result in increased shipping charges. Our Shipping charges are based on the typical cost of shipping a standard package to various locations around the U.S. and Canada. The charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process and added to your order. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will see the shipping charge. We use UPS and the U.S. Postal Service to ship virtually all of our orders. If the cost to ship a package to you seems high, there is not much we can do about it. Our shipping charges are based on our actual costs with little extra added. |
