|How much is my shipping?|
Our Shipping charges are based on the typical cost of shipping a standard package within the continental United States. The charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process and added to your order. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will see the shipping charge.
We use UPS and the U.S. Postal Service to ship virtually all of our orders. If the cost to ship a package to you seems high, there is not much we can do about it. Our shipping charges are based on our actual costs and we work to keep them to a minimum.

|I received the wrong product.|
Our shipping department has an excellent track record but mistakes can happen on ocassions. If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact Customer Service within 72 hours of receiving the product. You can call toll-free 888-257-4273, fax us at 423-899-6660, or email CustomerService@toolsforhealing.com.
If you have difficulty reaching us please call our 24 hour telephone order center and leave a message with them. We will respond as soon as possible.

|When will my order ship?|
We generally ship most orders within 1 to 3 days after they have been placed, excluding weekends and holidays. It's simply not possible to ship every order this quickly, but we do our best.
If you place an order using our 24 hour telephone order center we generally will not receive it until the day after it has been placed.
Virtually all Canadian orders are shipped using the U.S. Postal Service to keep the cost low and try to prevent any import duties or brokerage fees from being charged during delivery. We cannot guarantee they won't be charged, but it's rare for it to happen. You are still responsible for all import fees/duties that may be required. We cannot prevent them and have no way of knowing if they will be required or not.
After placing your order you can click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our website to track the status of your order. We will do our best to update your information as required to keep you aware of any difficulties with your order.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has actually shipped. Generally, tracking information will be provided within 24-48 hours of shipment. Not all shipments have tracking numbers.
Many of our products are always in stock, while others are drop-shipped by the manufacturer or our distributor. It's impossible to keep every item in-stock all the time because of shipping delays and/or backorders from the distributor or manufacturer.
We do our best to ship quickly but we can not guarantee fast delivery.
