At ToolsforHealing.com we want every customer to know that our goal has never been to get rich by ripping off our customers. We've been in business for a number of years and have always been motivated by our desire to help people in their search for the truth about various healing tools and techniques. Every product we sell is personally selected so we know it does what it is supposed to do. Until recently we have always had a very loose return policy because we've had so few returns there were rarely any problems to deal with. Lately, we've seen a large increase in "tire-kickers", those customers who seem to think it's okay to buy something, use it for months, then return it and demand a full refund. Unfortunately, we don't have the purchasing clout, or the profits, to act like Wal-Mart, Sears, or Target. We guarantee the quality of our products, we don't guarantee they will solve your health problems. If you purchase and use a product from our website, it's yours to keep unless there is a problem with it. So, please forgive us for the need to express our Return Policy so forcefully, but the few "privileged" customers who think they can take advantage of any situation to their benefit have made this a requirement. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE RESULTS FROM THE USE OF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS Every person is unique and results obtained can not be guaranteed in any form or fashion. All we can legally and morally guarantee is the quality of the products we sell, not the results they may or may not provide. Do not buy something from this website if you aren't sure about it! WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS IF YOU DON'T GET RESULTS -- Please do your own research and make a purchase only if you feel comfortable with the product. We cannot guarantee results and will not offer a refund because you feel it didn't solve your problem. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON USED PRODUCTS -- opened and obviously used items can not be returned for refunds. If you buy an item and use it, WE CAN NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND just because you no longer want it, don't like it, need money for rent, or think the item isn't working for you any longer or has done all it can do for you. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT -- defective items are always quickly repaired or replaced. Items damaged due to customer abuse or accidents are NOT covered by warranty and WILL NOT be refunded. We only have a tiny number of defective products each year and promptly and gladly replace or repair them. ITEMS RETURNED FOR REFUNDS SHOULD BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS -- please do not purchase a product and wait 6 months before trying to return it for a refund. Also, don't tell us you are returning an item and then wait a month before sending it back to us. We use Return Authorization (RA) Tracking numbers that expire. We offer a reasonable amount of time for refunds and ONLY OFFER REFUNDS ON UN-USED, NEW PRODUCTS. Please be fair to us and return your unused products in a timely fashion. WE DO NOT SELL PRODUCTS ON A "TRIAL OR TRY IT OUT" BASIS -- We expect every customer has done their homework and knows what they want. Every purchase is final. Refunds are easily and quickly obtained on NEW, UNUSED products that are returned within 30 days from the date you receive them. SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE -- Please make sure you are ordering what you need and want. We do not add large handling fees or extra shipping charges. Please be fair to us and we will return the favor, but we will not refund shipping charges on any order unless the problem was caused by us or is obviously our fault. With any health product comes the inherent problem that all healers, doctors, and medical professionals are aware of: namely, no matter what the product, some people will benefit, some people won't. Healing is a personal choice based on many factors involving physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual issues. No one can guarantee any item will always work. People and businesses who make outrageous claims are only preying on the desperation of others for their own financial gain.
