Shipping Info

All prices are shown in US Dollars. We have Secure Online Ordering to allow you to adjust quantities, delete items, enter special-priced coupon codes, shipping and payment information, and more.

Some of our products are drop-shipped from our suppliers or manufacturers, usually by UPS or the postal service. Whenever possible we stock and ship products in-house so you receive your order quickly, but it's simply not possible to keep all items in stock all the time.

Any of our PDF products, such as the QuickSync guide, are emailed directly to you within a few hours to a day, depending on just how busy things are and when your order comes in. Allow us some time off over weekends and on holidays.

We use UPS shipping for most orders. Small items are generally shipped using the postal service to keep the cost reasonable (no tracking numbers are available, however). All of our packages are insured and tracking numbers are provided by UPS, so we know the exact date and time your UPS package is delivered. Once your order is shipped, however, we are at the mercy of the shipper and, although we have very few problems with shipments, occasionally things do happen...

If you haven't received your order after 2 weeks please
call or email us so we can find out what happened.
(Canadian orders are the exception!)

Shipping to Canada is virtually always done through the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery Times are typically around 6 - 10 days, plus whatever time it takes for your local customs officials to clear the package for delivery.

We don't make lots of money on shipping charges. In most cases our shipping charges average only a bit more than our actual costs, which helps us cover the time, cost, and hassles involved. It costs a lot more and takes a lot more time than most people realize to ship a package. Unfortunately, we have to recoup our costs to stay in business. Companies who promote free deliveries usually have a high markup and lots of profits to absorb their delivery fees. We don't have that luxury.

It costs a minimum of around $5 to ship even the smallest item in the U.S. by UPS, Priority Mail, etc. Add to that the cost of insurance, packaging materials and paying someone to stuff it and/or stand in line at the shipping counter, and it's hard to ship anything for less than $5 - $6. Very small items, books, videos, etc. are the exception, and generally can be shipped for around $1.50 - $3.50.

We charge a flat rate fee for most shipments (non-international) simply because it's the easiest, most practical way to do it. Anything else would wind up taking a great deal more time and cost us even more, which would have to be passed on to our customers. Depending on where you live and the actual shipping charges, sometimes we make a dollar or two, sometimes we lose a dollar or two. It works out due to the volume of shipments we do. Many of our drop-shippers charge us a flat rate depending on the dollar amount of the order. Overall, we don't consider shipping charges an income source. They are an expense that has to be passed on.

Some days things just don't get done as quickly as we would like, so please be patient. We will ship your order as soon as we possibly can, usually in 2 or 3 days.

Overnight and 2nd day rush delivery is simply not always possible because many of our products are not available all the time. We do our best but we cannot guarantee an overnight or 2nd day delivery.

If you have any questions about our shipping charges please contact us. We aren't in this business to rip you off. This is a labor of love, not a way to get rich by scamming customers.
