The recommended daily dose of Vital Cell is 1 tablet, 2-3 times per day for the tablet version. Please note that the capsule bottle contains 180 capsules and is a one-month supply at 6 capsules per day. The tablet bottle contains 90 tablets and is also a one-month supply at 3 tablets per day. Both are priced the same because each bottle contains exactly the same amount of herbal ingredients. Each tablet contains 2 times the amount of herbal active ingredients as each capsule.

In other words, one tablet is equal to 2 capsules. Some people prefer the convenience of swallowing three of the larger tablets per day, while others prefer to take 6 of the smaller capsules per day.

Yes, you can take Vital Cell with OsteoPhase for bone health. We suggest that you take 1 capsule of Vital Cell for each 2 capsules of OsteoPhase. You can take Vital Cell and CardioPhase together. We do suggest starting at a lower dose of each than is recommended on the bottle as there is some overlap in function between the supplements. You can increase the doses of each by one capsule per day until you feel the effect that you are trying to achieve.

As noted above, you do not need to take Vital Cell and Herbal Boost together for circulatory health. For quick restoration, usually you take Herbal Boost for 3-4 months then switch to Vital Cell as your daily circulation and immune system supplement.

No, we do not recommend that a woman take Vital Cell if she is pregnant or nursing. This is not because Vital Cell is unsafe but because there have been no safety studies performed on the ingredients in Vital Cell for pregnancy and nursing.

No, there are less than 40 mg. of licorice powder in each capsule and less than 80 mg. in each tablet of Vital Cell.

This means that glycyrrhizic acid, the active ingredient in licorice responsible for elevating blood pressure is about 1.6 mg. per capsule and 3.2 mg. per tablet. At the largest recommended dose of Vital Cell per day of 12 capsules or 6 tablets, you would be getting 19.2 mg. per day of glycyrrhizic acid. Studies have shown that continuous use of 100 mg. per day for extended periods of two or more weeks of glycyrrhizic acid is safe and does not elevate blood pressure. You would have to take 60 capsules or 30 tablets of Vital Cell daily to even reach this safe amount of 100 mg. per day of glycyrrhizic acid.
