Sterilize/Energize Drinking Water: Use your Nature Kleen for approximately 2 minutes with 8 oz. of water, preferably chilled for best results. For larger amounts of water use an appropriate amount of time. For the most benefit make sure you drink the water right after it has been ozonated. Most people notice an increase in energy levels within minutes due to the extra oxygen content of the water. Ozone also purifies the water by stabilizing chemical residues such as chlorine…ozone is also strong enough to kill some of the most virulent pathogens.

Food Sterilization: There is no better or faster way to sterilize food, whether it's meat, seafood, fruits or, vegetables. It's easy and quick to do, simply fill a bowl with cold water and place your bubble stone in it for about 5 minutes. Then add the food to the ozonated water for another 4 or 5 minutes. Drain the water and you're done. Even easier is to use your sink! Just fill it with enough cold water to fully cover your food and drop the bubble stone in it. Your food will taste fresher, especially seafood, and it will make your vegetables extremely crisp!

Toothbrush Sanitization: Virtually ALL toothbrushes are infected by bacteria and other nasty stuff. Soaking your toothbrush in ozonated water for a few minutes destroys all the nasties on the bristles. Ozonated water is also good as a mouth wash for mouth and yeast infections.

Purification of Fish Tanks/Aquariums: Ozone kills the bacteria, mold, fungus, and algae in fish tanks and has no harmful effects on the fish whatsoever. For a 10 gallon tank ozonate an 8 oz. glass of ROOM TEMPERATURE water for about 5 minutes, then pour it gently into the tank. Make sure you don't use chilled water! The temperature change could be bad for your fish!

Plant Fungus: Ozonate a glass of chilled water for at least 2 minutes then use the water on your plants. Your plants will thank you for it! They will be healthier and should have fewer it will also reduce odors that fungus-infected plants produce.

Bath Water: Ozone is more effective than chlorine at killing bacteria and other microorganisms in bathtubs, Jacuzzis, and spas. For a typical tub use your bubble stone to ozonate the water for half an hour before getting in it. Leave it running while in the tub for extra results.

Athlete's Foot: Ozonate a container of water that is large enough to fully submerge your feet. Then place your feet in the water while continuing to ozonate for at least another 20 or 30 minutes.
