it has a chance to spread. Directions: Adults: At the first signs of a cold or flu, take two capsules every 2-3 hours. When taken after cold or flu symptoms have already developed, continue with the recommended dosage to reduce symptoms and speed recovery. Children age 6-12: Take one capsule every 3 hours at the first sign of a cold or flu. When taken after cold or flu symptoms have already developed, continue with the recommended dosage to reduce symptoms and speed recovery. Note: ImmunoPhase is not recommend for children younger than age six due to the fact that their immune systems are different from those of older children and adults. Additionally, young children experience digestive upset to greater degree from colds and flus, requiring require slightly different herbs than those found in ImmunoPhase. Supplement Facts
