Most of the emails we get with questions about products, how to use them, etc. can be answered by looking in our KnowledgeBase. Take a look and save yourself some time.

- The phone number listed below will only get you a call center order taker - YOU MUST ALREADY KNOW what you want and have a reasonable estimate on how much it is going to cost before calling. The call center does not have access to product prices or info.

Orders placed thru our 24/7 order line are generally not sent to us until the following day, and some items listed in our shopping cart are not always available due to manufacturer shortages, customs delays, shipping delays in reaching us, etc. We do our best to keep most products in stock so we can ship quickly, but it's simply not possible all the time.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT OVERNIGHT OR 2ND DAY SHIPPING REQUESTS! On items that are in-stock it can take from 1 to 3 days (not counting weekends and holidays) for us to process your order before we ship it, and some of our products are drop-shipped for us by the manufacturer, which can add another day or so.
Orders drop-shipped from Canada CANNOT BE SHIPPED OVERNIGHT OR 2ND DAY! We do our best but we can't guarantee any delivery times.
Any extra shipping expenses will be added AFTER the order has been placed, so please don't ask our call center order takers for an order total - they have no idea how much these items cost or what the shipping charge will be. You must know the prices before calling.
